I’ve been working in the health and fitness game for over a decade now, and I’ve learnt my fair share of lessons along the way…
Once a dancer, a netball player, then a bodybuider to a passionate yogi… You could say Ive always been an active and energetic one, which is why life career lead me to movement of mind and body. I have always loved pushing myself and supporting others in finding their vibe -finding what makes them happy and healthy.
We all know movement is tied to good physical health… but for me, its a key link to out mental and emotional wellbeing. We learn more about ourselves, our boundaries, our limitations, our motivations and learn that we are and can do so much more when we put our mind to it.
My passion is to teach and guide others in learning and listening to their body. I think its time to remove the excuses and limitations built in the mind.
In a busy and confusing world, I think we need to bring it back to basics. You dont need anything outside yourself to move, you just need to start and get creative around it.
After years of working in gyms and yoga studios, I branched out and found a way to be there for clients no matter where they are - I like to describe my service as ‘health assistance in the palm of your hand’.
My clients come out of this knowing they can meet their goals, feel better, think better and learn the foundations of health to carry on for themselves and share with those around them.
They are empowered by their results, the time saved, and inspire others to understand that you do not need anything outside of yourself to be the best you!

My Approach
You don’t need a gym membership to achieve your goals. You already have everything you need to live a healthy and happy life. You can save money, save mental energy in having to self-motivate and no longer struggle to find time for exercise. You can feel better and have a more energetic life, without having to force yourself into exercise that you don’t enjoy.
In the end, you will not only feel and look better than ever before, you will inspire others around you to live a healthier life. Plus, think of all the energy you will have for the more important things in life – love, work, family.
