No equipment required but always a bonus if you have available.
Client specifies which and what they have access to, including a photo of the space we have to work in. These sessions can be body part specific or whole body.
METHODS - HIIT, Resistance, Endurance and Function based OR Yoga and Stretch Therapy
SUITABLE FOR - Weight/Fat loss, Muscular Function, Rehabilitation and Overall Physical & Mental Health.
NEED – Water, Towel/Mat, an Outdoor or Indoor space and Smart Phone/Laptop. Works well on loudspeaker or bluetooth headphones.

Training days range 3 - 7 days cover all body groups, through many training styles (including recovery).

Nutrition
You know the saying, you can’t outrun a bad diet. I’m here to make sure you’ve got all your ducks in a row to really achieve your goals.
coaching + program
After obtaining your nutrition program, you will receive a weekly call and ongoing communication (text/email) on the implementation and assistance in building a strong understanding and routine in nutrition.
This includes going through a breakdown of your week:
What works for you/What does not
How to make nutrition fun
How to make it work for you
Break ineffective patterns/thoughts around food
Why you dont need to elimate whole food groups/types
How to manage cravings
Learning about supplements and important vitamins
Balancing hormones through food
Personal triggers
How to balance health and fun
You will be required to log a diary and send through weekly – including food types, amounts, times, cravings, energy and sleep.
This will be monitored and discussed each week during the calls and adjustments made and applied when needed.
You will learn the importance of food, breakthrough ineffective habits, get creative with cravings and learn how to honor your body whilst creating a balanced life.
Food is not good or bad, food is fuel and you choose how to use it and what goes in.

CALENDAR : the when, what, and how of each day. This is where you can log all your health modalities in one. Not only a good guide for yourself, but I can monitor you and keep you accountable!
TRAINING PROGRAM : Structured according to your goal and your preference. These programs are built for your environment too – so whether you enjoy exercising in the gym, outdoors or in the comfort of your own home, these sessions are built for your lifestyle preference.
Each training day shows:
detailed breakdowns of the exercise
video demonstrations
sets and repetitions
timed rest
previous progress of your lifts (how much you progress you have made since prior weeks)
automatically enter your new weights then and there
Each session you can put notes down that will help gage how you feel, to which your coach can comment back on!
NUTRITION PROGRAM : After you fill out your profile, a customized nutrition program is written and loaded into the app. This includes macros, meals ideas and more. Also, if you feel like having a cheat or swapping some of the ingredients, this app links perfectly to MyFitnessPal so you can track and education yourself on nutrition!
CHECK IN DAYS : One day a week you will be asked to enter photographic evidence of your progress. A selfie of your front, sides and back! You also have the option of putting in site measurements too (arms, chest, waist and hips) so you have another means of monitoring your progress. Remember, the scale is not the best tool for this. A cool feature is after you add your photos the app gives you the option of seeing your progress side by side on the previous weeks.
WEEKLY COACHING CALLS : Each week you will receive a call from your coach (me) to chat about the adjustments and progress on the following week. This includes making amendments in any programs if need be. However, if you feel like your week was a killer, we can turn that session into an a Virtual Stretch/Yoga session..
